Mainline Key Art
I art directed and concepted both key art pieces for Life Is Strange: Double Exposure, helping introduce the next chapter while staying true to the series’ iconic tone and protagonist. The final images balance the game’s supernatural themes, winter setting, and signature polaroid motif, suggesting the dual timelines without giving too much away. I collaborated closely with an illustrator on character paintover and supporting details, refining the visuals through iteration. Remaining hands-on with final lighting and grading, I helped bring the scenes together into cohesive, atmospheric images. Seeing fans engage and speculate was a rewarding reminder of the series’ passionate following.
